Pampa is located in Gray County, Texas and is part of the Pampa Microplitan Statistical Area with a population of about 18,000 residents. Much like everything in Texas, Pampa does it up year July with the Top O' Texas Rodeo which brings rodeo competitors from all over the state to compete.
